As the temperature rises there is one sure fire way to cool off observed around the world: spritzes! From Aperol Spritzes in Italy, to Singani based Chuflay in Bolivia, there is no better way to chill on a hot day than with booze and bubbles. Aperitif style cocktails with bubbles are historically convivial affairs, so come prepared to cheers, and join us as we enjoy spritzes from around the world and see how best to head into summer refreshed (and a little buzzed)!
