This is your chance to get to know and learn from the mind behind some of our top selling (and most fun) wines from California. Tim cut his teeth at the Paso Robles based Field Recordings, working alongside owner and viticulturalist, Andrew Jones, where, together, they continue to craft small quantities of soulful wines that will change your mind about how Paso and Central Coast wines taste. Tim also has his own side project called "Mr. Brightside." Here he focuses on unique expressions of one grape variety, Gamay Noir. Under this label he sources fruit from up and down California's Central Coast AVA and produces innovative wines that run the gamut from still to sparkling and white to red.
Join us Wednesday, July 23rd, from 7:15pm - 9pm at UnWined for a guided tour of the Central Coast through the eyes of one of its most creative winemakers. We will taste six wines in a cocktail hour styled gathering in the wine shop with background provided for each wine by Tim himself. We will have sparkling wine, Gamay in white and red form, a shellfish begging blend of Pinot Blanc and Melon, and a staff and crowd favorite blend of Nebbiolo and Barbera—not to mention a little skin contact Pinot Grigio to boot.
